What we did
1. 3-D Scanning
a. For sperry filters and carbon filter pods
2. Engineering and Design
a. Included stamped drawings
b. Included full 3-D renderings of what was designed
3. Fabrication and Paint
a. Fabricated all platforms, stairs, handrail, ladders, columns, and grating
b. All steel was cleaned, sandblasted, and painted to customer specifications
4. Transportation and Hauling
a. Moved all steel, equipment, personnel, and tooling from Lexington, KY to Valparaiso, IN.
5. Demolition
a. Removed decommissioned equipment and disposed of for customer
b. Removed pre-existing platforms, handrails, tanks, stairs and ladders, and all relevant material that would have impeded the new structures being installed
c. Disposed off all steel and material though local recycling companies
6. Installation
a. C-logic provided all needed hardware, steel, and equipment to complete the job
b. Installed new fabricated platforms, ladders and stairs, handrailing, columns, and grating.
c. Grouted all columns to customer specifications
d. Installed new sperry filters and carbon filter pods using C-logic crane operators, riggers, and certified equipment operators
e. Installed custom stainless steel chutes under the sperry filters
f. Finished with touch up painting, final clean up and demobilization of the area, and a walk through with the customer to ensure their satisfaction
